Hours  Sessions are 50 minutes and are usually scheduled on the hour.                                                                                                                                         

Insurance I currently take Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Value Options and am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies.   Please check your out-of-network coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?      
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cash, check, and credit card
To make a payment with your credit card, just fill out the amount below and click 'Make a Payment'. You'll be taken to PayPal's Website, where you can complete the payment to me safely and securely.  Please note I have a $4.00 service fee for credit card payments.  Please add $4.00 to your overall payment total. 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.  This includes those on Anthem BCBS.

Directions
Traveling east or west on Route 7:  Follow signs for Inova Loudoun Hospital.  Once in Ashburn, take the Lansdowne Blvd. exit towards Loudoun Hospital.  Turn left at the first traffic light (Riverside Parkway) and then take first right onto Golf Vista Plaza.  There are 3 brick buildings in a semi-circle and building 19441 is on the left.  Suite 100 is on the 1st floor, down the hall to the left. 

Traveling east or west on Dulles Greenway: Take the exit for Claiborne Pkwy and proceed toward Ashburn. Travel on Claiborne Pkwy for approx. 3-4 miles. After passing Loudoun Hospital on your right, turn left at light onto Riverside Pkwy.  Then follow directions from above.
